Provides IT solutions for Coca-Cola bottlers in North America.

Working at CONA was an great learning experience. We served as the main point of contact for employees at all levels, both in-office and remote, who needed technical assistance with hardware and software issues. We also managed onsite office technology. Additionally, we managed an AVD environment that enabled offshore third-party contractors to support the homegrown SAP solution known as C1NA (Coke One North America).

The company heavily architected its environment around Microsoft cloud ecosystem, leveraging the major platforms within Office 365, including Entra, Exchange, Teams, Intune, PowerApps, and SharePoint. My team member and I supported all of these platforms. As part of my role, I was the primary point of contact for all Intune management, focusing on device management and software deployment. During my time at Scientific Games, I continued to use my support skill background while gaining more experience with SCCM. I played a significant role in the Windows 10 migration project and began my knowledge of AVD.

The SCCM responsibilities of the role gave me the opportunity to work in a larger environment. I enhanced my skills in operating system deployment, successfully decreasing os deployment times by minimizing the need for individual driver packages across the hardware fleet. I also gained more understanding of the PSADT, which I leverage to deploy complex software packages.

During the Windows 10 migration project, I created an efficient task sequence that upgraded our hardware fleet while managing McAfee encryption. The process transition systems to Windows 10, installing new software, and updating drivers at the conclusion of the process.

When the pandemic began, I was introduced to AVD. Our initial goal was to leverage it for remote work by our casino game developers. However, in the early stages of the platform, we encountered major graphics incompatibilities with our software. Another use case emerged during the divestiture of the business, we brought in several external consultants to assist. At the same time, hardware shortages were high due to supply chain issues. I recognized the opportunity to leverage AVD took the initiative to develop different host pools to support the business case.
